General visiting hours are from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Different hours may apply to patients admitted into the emergency department or intensive care unit. Please check with the supervising physician or nurse.

Spacious waiting areas are available for patients and guests throughout the hospital. Our courtyard is open for visitors to enjoy a breath of fresh air and pleasant gardens.

The hospital cafeteria is open daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dinner can be prepared by request for guests or patients.

The Gift Box, operated by the North Baldwin Infirmary Auxiliary, is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Accommodations

Patients receive a daily menu of dining options. If ordered by your physician, meals can be prepared according to specific diets. Please notify your nurse to discuss your diet with our clinical dietician.

Each patient room is furnished with a television and telephone. Local and long distance calls may be dialed directly from the patient rooms.
